Delivery and Postage
Shipping
We offer free shipping on our premium planters if you live within a certain proximity of Basingstoke. Specifically, you can enjoy free shipping within 15 miles of Basingstoke. If you reside 15 miles or more from this area (as shown in the picture), please get in touch with us before placing your order, as there may be a small shipping fee involved.
Plant-Box Planter Treatment
The timber used in our Basingstoke planters is factory treated. We suggest staining or painting the boxes once a year to maintain their quality, as timber can be prone to rot over time if not properly cared for. All end cuts of timber should be resealed by the customer annually to prevent cracking or bowing.
Collection In Person
If you prefer, we can arrange for you to pick up your premium planters directly from our workplace. Please contact us to set this up.
Are your boards treated?
All of our planters are pressure treated to prevent rot. We advise against growing vegetables without a plastic liner, so please consider this before ordering.
